Het in Amsterdam gevestigde DENHAM is de nieuwste instelling die Nike helpt om denim naar sneakervorm te brengen, aangezien de Nieuwe Nike Air Max 90 samenwerking in de zomer zal verdwijnen. Een van de drie Air Max-modellen die door het Nederlandse merk zijn getransformeerd, de Air Max 1 is gekleed in "Blue Void" en "Coastal Blue" en gemaakt met een mix van premium kwaliteit denim, suède en leer. In tegenstelling tot een aangrenzende Air Max 90 en Air Max 95, heeft het ’87-model ook zachtgekleurde patronen over het hele bovenwerk, verkregen door Boro-steek.
Online community The Basement, with roots planted throughout all of social media including their 81,000 member strong Facebook group, is no stranger to their own Nike collaborations. Nike Air Max 90 Online Winkel Boasting style in spades with approved fits continuously landing on their own feed, the group is now finally following up their tremendously popular Dunk Lows with a striking take on Air Max 90 modified with removable swooshes. With a total of three colorways on the way and a small tease of their own showing off just the heel of the black iteration, the pair that is first to see the light of day is a much lighter mix of Grey Fog.
Goedkope Nike Air Max 90 is still informing future-thinking design even after 30 years on the market, as suggested by the forthcoming Air Max 2090. Keeping things a lot simpler than the ’90s-inspired options coming to Nike By You, the Air Max 90’s recently surfaced ensemble features a “Cool Grey” mesh base overlaid with white leather.
Profile Swooshes, upper eye stays and tongues also partake in the plain affair, but the latter two placements have purplish complements. Elsewhere, midsole wedges, “AIR MAX” logo windows, “NIKE AIR” heel tabs and forefoot tread also opt for the “Vivid Pink” flair. Original teal and purple accents emerge on the Nike Air Max 90 Heren/Dames, which turns 30 this year, each claiming their own rubber eyestay. The regal hue only reappears on subtly-striped profile Swooshes, while the aqua-color also animates branding at the midfoot, tongue and heel. Midnight Navy mudguards, just like signature Air unit-enclosing cassettes and waffle outsoles, tone down the aforementioned flair, but as has become typical of ACG-inspired lifestyle and sportswear models, the Hike Nike Man hangtag playfully rounds out this tribute to The Swoosh’s past adventure-driven endeavors.
