I consider myself ugly. I have a lot of complexes because of being overweight. I would really like to lose weight, but my metabolism has not allowed me to do so for the last 2 attempts to lose weight. But then I found a way for me to solve this problem. Nothing helped me before. I have tried several times to lose weight, but my metabolism is too high. I want to eat all the time and I can't stop myself from doing it. But one day I tried running and realized that it helps with almost everything.
