Morning everyone . I’ve had a busy good week but with a couple of meals out but tried to keep them healthy . I did Pilates ,swing fit and walked with my dog .
You have a great week and you're doing great. It has not been an easy week for me either. I did weight loss surgery finally. I was afraid to do it for a long time, but I did it. The doctors there are great. I lost over 10 and a half hundred pounds. The biggest highlight is the pride I see in the eyes of my family.
