Mine is Watch_Dogs I've been replaying recently and forgot how much I enjoy it despite Ubisoft graphics downgrade which will always piss me off. But even with that being said I love the open world of this game and the attention to detail I find a lot of the side actives pretty fun. Also this game has easily the best combat of the series. Watch Dogs has a good flow of actives to do when you aren't doing the main mission that are enjoyable there's only a few things I don't like about this game. The driving feels weird and the music playlist songs are mostly awful with a few exceptions. This game would of benefited with a custom songs playlist where you could add your own music files like GTA has.
I don’t think that a huge amount of people hate this game, but it is Diablo 2. Lots of people just don’t like that the game could be complicated sometimes. Especially, if we speak about character upgrades - weapons, shields and else. For example for me it was very hard to obtain a stormshield. I found out about it in the yesgamers.com. I read the captions of the item and was high motivated to get it, but it was very hard actually to beat the final boss. So maybe other people think like me

There were some low-rated JRPGs on the PS2 that I remember really enjoying. Ephemeral Fantasia comes to mind, there was just something about it lol. I know Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter wasn't universally loved but I thought it was good. Okage: Shadow King was pretty underrated.
I had a moment to think and... there were a lot of really good Nintendo DS games that didn't get much acclaim. Trace Memory, Mario Hoops 3-on-3, Metroid Prime: Hunters, and Kirby's Canvas Curse were all pretty great but were considered to be mediocre.
